Inspiration - Art Journals

I've bought a sketchbook months ago. However I have been thinking all the time what to draw, paint or just sketch and when I had some ideas, I was scared not to mess up all the book. I wanted and I still do, to make the sketchbook interesting to look at and not just mess around with it. So before I start, I want to be sure that whatever I decide to make, it will definitely work.
