Preparing for interviews - New painting

Working hard

I haven't posted anything in a while, so I thought that it might be a good idea to go back to my blog.
In a past few months I have been working hard with my sketchbook work and preparation for
interviews coming soon in January!!! :( I am working on different projects, so as soon as I will get them done I will upload my work. Currently working mostly in fashion pathway which involves pattern making, sewing and stitching which is soo exciting new to me at the same time :)

Lately I have been really busy looking for college, doing research, reading art criticism and just
gaining more knowledge about art world 

What surprised me the most, was the fact that I never thought that reading art criticism with no photographs, just the theory would interest me, but trust me, its worth your time.
I found out a lot of things and answers to my earlier questions just in a few first pages.

It's not about the quality of a painting or a meaning of it, it is all about UNIQUENESS that gives
a value of a painting/artwork - John Berger, Ways Of Seeing

By the way, I have also started a new sketchbook for my own spare time with a theme of
WAYS OF SEEING, where I will focus on different ways of seeing the world and art in different situations etc.
